Find a suitable memory for your computer

With the development of the computer technology, we use the computer more and more often and more and more complex program being running. So, the demand for memory of the computer is on the way up. Certainly the more memory in a laptop PC the better but there are other concerns regarding memory in laptops. Laptops are generally more restricted in the amount of memory that can be installed into a system. You would ask, on earth, how much is Enough?

The ranges provided are a generalization based upon most common computing tasks. It is best to check the requirements of the intended software to make the final decisions. The rule of thumb that I use for all computer systems for determining if it has enough memory is to look at the requirements of the software you intend to run. Pick up the boxes for each of the applications and the OS that you intend to run and look at both the “minimum” and “recommended” requirements. The following chart provides a general idea of how a system will run with various amounts of memory:

* Minimum: 1GB
* Optimal: 2GB
* Best: 4GB

This is a basic rule, in reality, you should decide the details of the memory demand of yourself.

Identity Theft of your computer

As its name states, identity theft, which is also called identity fraud, involves someone assuming your identity. Their reason for doing it is pretty easy to understand. They want to get hold of your money. The key point, and the key danger, of identity theft is that someone is pretending to be you in order to commit a crime. They want to defraud companies. They want to accumulate cash and goods, on your dime, for personal gain or satisfaction.

So are there all the identity theft dangerous? Most cases of identity theft fall into two categories. The first, and best known, is financial identity theft. This involves someone accessing your bank, credit card, and investment accounts. The other category is criminal identity theft. That’s when someone becomes you. It might be a criminal on the run, or someone who is trying to make a clean break with their past.

There are a number of ways in which you can protect yourself from identity theft. The most important of these is to keep your wits about you. When at an ATM or making a purchase with a debit card, shield the keypad with your hand or with your wallet. You never know who’s looking over your shoulder. In one word, you shoule be alert at any time and any where.
